Education Bonds



Futurity Education Bonds are unique tax-advantaged investment products designed to help meet the cost of lifelong education and other life events. As they are investment-linked life insurance contracts between the Bond Owner and the product issuer, only friendly society-based life companies, like Futurity, can issue them.



They carry legal protections and security measures under the Life Act and APRA prudential supervision.

How do they differ from Investment Bonds?

Distinct from typical Investment Bonds, Education Bonds stand out with tax-advantaged benefits for education costs and other life events. They offer the versatility to select beneficiaries as needed and make specific withdrawals based on your circumstances, including accessing capital at any time. Moreover, these bonds are tailored for estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfer, securing the value of your investment for future generations.

  • Estate planning: Nominate beneficiaries to receive bond benefits on death.
  • Bond Guardian: Designate representative/s to manage your bond in case of incapacity or death.
  • Bond Transfers: Retain tax benefits when transferring the bond to others at any time.
